This was an Ollama + RAG experiment by Omayeli Arenyeka with database of whatsapp conversations with an Itsekiri language teacher. Itsekiri is a low-resourced language from Nigeria making "training from scratch" options for working with this language difficult or inaccessible. Omayeli writes “Here the first answer is correct but the second answer is a little off. Mo fe je is I want to eat, but it got the verb and the pronoun, just not the “want””
